Your Home. Your Standards.
Our Oversight.
RW Affinity is not a handyman service. Our role is to protect your home, oversee the people working on it, and make sure problems are addressed properly.
When we identify a minor issue, we may take reasonable immediate action to prevent additional damage—for example, shutting off a water supply to a leaking fixture or securing an area until the appropriate professional can respond.
We do not, however, attempt to become the plumber, electrician, HVAC technician or general handyman.
Our process is simple:
Identify→
Stabilize→
Coordinate→
Supervise→
Verify
We identify the problem, take reasonable steps to protect the property, coordinate the appropriate qualified professional, remain on-site when requested, and verify that the work has been completed as expected.
Contractor Access & Supervision
Your home is private. You decide the level of access you are comfortable providing to contractors and service providers.
RW Affinity can coordinate vendor access without remaining on-site, or we can remain at the residence while work is being performed.
For larger projects or work inside the residence, many homeowners prefer having a trusted representative present. RW Affinity can provide that oversight so contractors are not left to work through the home without supervision.
Routine on-site oversight is included within your monthly service allowance. Extended contractor supervision and additional services beyond the included monthly hours are billed at the applicable hourly rate.
RW Affinity carefully vets and verifies preferred vendors, including applicable licensing and insurance. Additional background screening may be conducted when appropriate.
Time at Your Residence
Routine property visits are generally scheduled for approximately 60–90 minutes, depending on the residence, current conditions and services required.
There is no arbitrary time limit when an issue requires additional attention. If a problem is discovered, our priority is to protect the property and coordinate the appropriate solution.
When a homeowner requests that RW Affinity remain at the property for an extended period to supervise contractors, receive deliveries, oversee a project or provide other on-site representation, that time is treated as estate management time and applied against the monthly service allowance or billed at the applicable hourly rate once the allowance has been exhausted.
Our Objective
You should never have to wonder:
"Who is going to take care of this while I'm away?"
RW Affinity serves as your trusted local point of contact—protecting your property, coordinating the right professionals and keeping you informed without turning your home into a revolving door of unsupervised contractors.
